Are you feeling blocked, anxious or empty?
Here's how to vent out your random thoughts with a simple self-reflection exercise:
- Observe what’s going on your mind almost 70% of the time on that day, leaving your working hours aside.
- Pick up a thread, observe a chain of thoughts for 2-5 min.
- What tone are your thoughts setting? What kind of emotions are they creating?
- Reflect consciously on one of them and write it out!
It's a 5-min quick reflection exercise that I sometimes do consciously or unconsciously (happens automatically).
